Hi Everyone!

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Amy Blanchard and I am the Customer Service Manager for eFX Inc. I am very excited to be a new member of the Plo Koon's Forums!

I wanted to let you all know I will be checking in frequently to see if anyone has any questions or anything I can help you with regarding all things eFX. Just post them in this thread and I will respond as often as I can.

I am really looking forward to becoming a part of this community.
